黄肇涛同志,1935年2月生,福建省福州人。1955年7月毕业于南京大学地质系水文地质和工程地质专业。先后在燃料工业部石油局设计局、石油工业部北京勘察设计院、新疆设计院、大庆设计院、勘察公司工作。1972年10月调到江汉石油管理局勘察设计研究院。现任工程勘察室主任,院技术委员会、标准化委员会委员,全国油气田及管道建设设计专业标准化委员会工程勘察专业组成员,湖北省石油学会会员。从事石油水文地质、工程地质专业技术工作30余年,1988年被授予高级工程师职称,1991年6月被批 Comrade Huang Zhaotao, born in February 1935 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
