Objective To study the status and characteristics of food safety risk assessment and transmission of human infection in Salmonella typhi (11: i: 1,2) around the world. Methods A retrospective review of the literature on Salmonella typhimurium infection and risk exposure in human and animal origin since its discovery has been carried out. The similarities and differences between foreign and domestic literature and case reports were compared. Results Aberdeen Salmonella is widespread in the animal world and can cause intestinal or parenteral infections in high-risk groups such as adults and young children. Its prevalence in the country may be related to unscientific aquaculture. Developed countries eventually choose to combine the agricultural, food and health sectors to carry out food integrated network monitoring non-Salmonella integrated model is worth learning and learning. Conclusion Aberdeen Salmonella exists widely in the animal world and is an animal-derived indicator of environmental pollution in foodborne surveillance. Its prevalence and food processing, livestock breeding and processing industry, potential behavioral ecotype infectious disease incidence patterns and so on.
