“分层教学”是在以学生为主体、充分尊重学生的个体差异的教学思想指导下,形成的一种新的教学理念。就是在班级教学中,一改过去统一的教学目标要求,为依照教学大纲的要求,从各类学生的实际出发,规定不同层次的目标要求,进行不同层次的教学,给予不同层次的辅导,组织不同层次的检测,使各类学生在学习中个个有所得,在各自的“最近发展区域内”得到充分的发展,人人都能获得学习成就感,都能圆满地完成学习任务。
