目的 研究二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)对小鼠脑缺血的影响 ,并初步探讨其机制。方法 应用小鼠断头张口喘气模型观察喘气时间的变化 ;离体大鼠血管平滑肌条记录等张收缩。结果 DMSO使小鼠张口喘气时间明显延长 ,呈剂量依赖性 ,同时DMSO呈浓度依赖性地松弛去氧肾上腺素预收缩的离体兔胸主动脉螺旋条。结论 DMSO具有一定的抗脑缺血作用 ,其作用机制可能涉及其舒血管作用 ,而增加脑血流量。
Objective To investigate the effect of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) on cerebral ischemia in mice and to explore its mechanism. Methods The change of the puffing time was observed by using the decapitation mouth-opening puffing model in rats. The isovolemic contraction of the isolated rat vascular smooth muscle strips was recorded. Results DMSO significantly prolonged puffing time in a dose-dependent manner in rats. In contrast, DMSO relaxed the thoracic aortic spine of pre-contracted isolated rabbit in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion DMSO has a certain anti-ischemic effect, its mechanism may involve its vasodilator effect, and increase cerebral blood flow.
