I. Brief Description of Natural Conditions Geheyan Hub is located 9 kilometers upstream of Changyang County in western Hubei Province and is the first phase of the project recommended in the planning of Qingjiang River Basin. Upon completion, it will become one of the backbone power plants in Huazhong Power Grid.
