传统的评价方式,就是对学生的学业成绩进行考察,一般是以考试的形式来呈现,一纸试卷的分数成了评价学生的主要依据。静静反思,如果这样的评价对学生的发展是不利的,一方面一张试卷并不能够完全代表学生学习的现状,另一方面,教学评价更应该从传统意义上的考试走向多元和丰富,甚至应该跳出教师一人评价的格局,作为教师要科学认识,理性对待学生的学习评价,这样才能够做到用评价来激励人,而不是打压人。本文以数学学科为例谈一下如何走向科学的评价,从而让评价转化成对学生成长积极的因素。在数学教学中,评价应体现以人为本的思想,构建个体的发展[3]。充分发挥评价的教育功能,从每个学生发展的内在需要性和实际性出发,评价他们各自的发展进程,并通过评价提高他们的自信心,朝着更大、更远的目标与方向去努力。
The traditional way of evaluation is to examine students ’academic performance, which is usually presented in the form of examinations. The score of a paper test has become the main basis for students’ evaluation. Quiet reflection, if such evaluation is unfavorable to the development of students, on the one hand a paper does not fully represent the status of student learning, on the other hand, the teaching evaluation should be more diversified and rich from the traditional examination, Even teachers should be out of the pattern of evaluation of one person, as a teacher to learn science, rational treatment of students learning evaluation, so as to be able to do with the evaluation to motivate, rather than suppress people. This article takes mathematics as an example to talk about how to move toward the evaluation of science so as to make the evaluation turn into a positive factor for students’ growth. In mathematics teaching, the evaluation should embody the people-oriented thinking and construct individual development [3]. Give full play to the educational function of evaluation, proceed from the intrinsic necessity and actuality of each student’s development, evaluate their respective development progress, and improve their self-confidence through evaluation so as to make efforts toward larger and longer-term goals and directions .
