后肾腺瘤是一种非常罕见的肾皮质小管发生的良性肿瘤,2002年7月至2010年8月我院共收治7例,现报道如下。一、临床资料回顾性分析我院2002年7月至2010年8月收治的7例后肾腺瘤患者,其中女4例,男3例;年龄25～65岁,平均46.4岁。7例术前均行腹部超声及CT平扫+增强扫描检查,提示肾脏占位;肾肿瘤位于右侧6例,左侧1例;肾上极2例,肾中极2例,肾下极3例;肿瘤最大径为1.5～11cm,中位5cm;均为单发肿瘤,
Adenocarcinoma of the kidney is a very rare benign tumor of the renal cortical tubules. From July 2002 to August 2010, a total of 7 cases were treated in our hospital and are reported as follows. First, the clinical data retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from July 2002 to August 2010 were treated 7 cases of renal adenoma patients, including 4 females, 3 males; aged 25 to 65 years, mean 46.4 years. 7 cases underwent preoperative abdominal ultrasound and CT scan + enhanced scan, suggesting that the kidney space; renal tumors located on the right side of the 6 cases, 1 left; 2 cases of the upper pole, the middle pole in 2 cases, 3 cases; the largest diameter of tumor was 1.5 ~ 11cm, median 5cm; all were single tumor,
