目的探讨全反式维甲酸(ATRA)耐药基因HA117相关蛋白在肺癌和乳腺癌组织中的表达特点及临床意义。方法随机选择23例肺癌组织和21例乳腺癌组织作为实验组,9例非癌肺组织和11例非癌乳腺组织作为对照组,应用免疫组化S-P法检测HA117相关蛋白在上述组织切片中的表达,并结合其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 HA117相关蛋白在肺癌组织、乳腺癌组织、非癌肺组织及非癌乳腺组织中的阳性表达率分别为60.9%(14/23)、57.1%(12/21)、11.1%(1/9)及0.0%(0/11)。HA117相关蛋白在肺癌和乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达明显高于非癌组织(P<0.05)。HA117相关蛋白的表达水平与肺癌及乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤分级、病理分型、淋巴结转移及有无术前化疗方面无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 HA117相关蛋白在肺癌和乳腺癌的高表达提示二者对ATRA具有较强的耐药性。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ATRA-resistant gene HA117 in lung cancer and breast cancer. Methods Twenty-three lung cancer tissues and 21 breast cancer tissues were randomly selected as the experimental group, 9 non-cancerous lung tissues and 11 non-cancerous breast tissues as the control group. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of HA117-related proteins in the above tissue sections Expression, combined with its clinical data for retrospective analysis. Results The positive rates of HA117 protein in lung cancer tissue, breast cancer tissue, non-cancerous lung tissue and non-cancerous breast tissue were 60.9% (14/23), 57.1% (12/21), 11.1% (1/9) ) And 0.0% (0/11). The positive expression of HA117 in lung cancer and breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in non-cancer tissues (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression level of HA117 protein and the age, tumor grade, pathological type, lymph node metastasis and the presence or absence of preoperative chemotherapy in lung cancer and breast cancer patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of HA117 protein in lung cancer and breast cancer suggests that the two are highly resistant to ATRA.
