本文就信息技术在烧伤病案管理领域中的最新发展及应用， 以及国际同行在此方面的工作， 结合西南医院烧伤研究所病案管理系统的现状和存在的问题， 介绍了在ＶｉｓｕａｌＦｏｘｐｒｏ 环境下开发设计的新一代数据库系统的工作背景、目的、方法及今后的改进方向， 以期在知识经济时代的复杂变化中， 更为及时、简便、高效地保存处理和传输现有的各类烧伤病案的宝贵信息，提高烧伤救治与研究在国际上的竞争力，更好地为烧伤医疗、科研工作服务。
This paper presents the latest developments and applications of information technology in the management of burn case records, and the work of international counterparts in this area. Combining with the current situation and existing problems in the case management system of the Burn Institute of Southwestern Hospital, the development and design under the Visual Foxpro environment are introduced. The background, purpose, method and future improvement direction of the next-generation database system are expected to save, in the complex changes in the era of knowledge-based economy, more timely, simple and efficient preservation and processing of valuable information on existing types of burn disease cases. To improve the competitiveness of burns treatment and research in the international arena, and to better serve burns and medical research.
