国内电力设计院已经普遍开展了EPC总承包业务,取得了可喜的成绩,积累了一定的经验。但是目前电力设计院尚处在由传统设计院向工程公司转型的阶段,其习惯、组织、工作流程等方面仍存在不少与总包业务发展要求不相符的情况。着眼于具体的技术经济专业探讨依托传统设计院技术经济中心,建立专门服务于总承包业务的组织机构,通过流程设计建立企业内部交流和外部协作机制,以及信息共享机制,加强过程控制,并在工程实践中不断改进,持续提高技术经济中心对总承包业务的支撑能力。
Domestic Electric Power Design Institute has carried out EPC general contracting business, has made gratifying achievements, has accumulated some experience.
