目前,钢筋气压焊接技术已在国内得以开发应用,GB12219-89《钢筋气压焊》也已制定并实施。但是由于钢筋气压焊对压接端处理要求较高,且现场没有一种经济、实用、精度高又便于管理的质量检测方法,故而阻碍了钢筋气压焊接技术的应用和发展,为此,我们对此立题进行了研究。经过几年的摸索、研究,我们选择了热冲切施工检测法,并与益阳橡胶机械厂共同研制了热冲切器,已于1991年11月3日通过了省级鉴定。热冲切施工检测法是一种效率高、直观、可靠、易自行管理的方法。它将钢筋气压焊的施工与检测融为一体,即当气压焊作业刚结束,趁压接部镦粗区还处于赤热状态

It integrates the construction and testing of steel bar pressure welding, that is, when the gas pressure welding operation has just ended, the upsetting area of the pressure welding part is still in hot state.
