每年我国加油站都有一些非车辆用油,如国家项目施工建设用油、抗旱农业用油、工矿企业设备用油等,并且每年这一比例都有增长。这些非车辆用油同车辆用油还存在本质上的不同,其影响主要因为季节因素、地点因素以及市场等因素的影响较大。加油站非车辆用油客户(以下简称非车辆客户)的开发与管理比较薄弱。基于此些问题,针对非车辆用户所用油问题进行探讨,以此转变对非车辆用油客户的营销策略。1非车辆客户的构成
