“友善用脑”对中小学教学研究的启示:教学策略的提出要以理论研究为基础;复杂的理论研究要转化为具体的教学策略;教学研究工作者的理论素养至关重要;要注重提升一线教师的思想深度;要从更上位的教育层面审视教学现象;行动引领、深度参与是教学研究工作的基本方式。“友善用脑”对中小学教育培训的启示:重视采用体验式培训方式;使受训者能够对培训内容进行较好的提炼;力求对受训者的教育思想和未来行为产生实质性影响。
Enlightenment of “Friendly Brain” Teaching Research in Primary and Secondary Schools: The teaching strategy should be based on theoretical research; the complex theoretical research should be transformed into specific teaching strategies; the theoretical literacy of teaching and research workers is crucial; Pay attention to enhance the ideological depth of front-line teachers; to view the teaching phenomenon from a more advanced level of education; action lead, the depth of participation is the basic way of teaching and research work.
