中国市场学会第三次会员代表大会将于12月15—17日在北京召开。这次大会是在特殊的形势下召开的。一方面是我国经过十五年的努力终于加入了世界贸易组织(WTO),这意味着我国改革开放的步伐将进一步扩大,我国经济与世界经济更好地接轨,这将为以市场经济为基础的营销学科创造了更加广阔的发展环境。另一方面以互联网为基础的新经济在全世界有了迅速发展,新经济的形成与发展对传统营销理论与实践形成极大的冲击,营销的创新与发展已成为包括中吲在内的全世界营销界的共同使命。在这样特殊形势下召开会员代表大会,就不是简单地为了履行章程所规定的程序:一般性地总结工作和选举产生新一届理事会。更重要的是应该讨论研究如何适应新形势的要求,使市场学会工作更好地发挥积极的作用。这次会议的主要内
