T91钢因为声速和普通低合金钢存在较大差异,对其小径管焊缝超声波探伤时,由于标准试块与T91材料声速的差异导致探头K值发生改变,导致探伤结果存在严重偏差。只有确定出P91材料的准确声速,对探伤仪的扫描速度进行相应的校正才能确保探伤结果的准确。
T91 steel because of the sound speed and ordinary low alloy steel there is a big difference, its small diameter pipe weld ultrasonic testing, due to the difference between the standard test block and T91 material sound velocity causes the probe K value changes, resulting in serious deviation of the test results. Only by determining the exact sound velocity of the P91 material, the corresponding correction of the scanning speed of the flaw detector can ensure the accuracy of the detection results.
