关于健康人群的膳食锌对铜利用的影响,不同作者研究结果很不一致。本文作者对9名21~27岁健康男学生进行研究共63天,控制膳食中铜的摄入量每天2.6 mg,同时摄入不同量的锌,观察体内锌对铜利用的影响。第一周摄入锌20.7 mg/天,第3、5、6、8和9周为18.5 mg/天,第2周为1.8 mg/天。第4周将受试者分为2组,5人锌的摄入量为1.8 mg/天、4人为8.0 mg/天。第7周分为3组,每组3人,每天给锌4、6或8 mg。受试者在试验期保持正常饮食习惯,每天三餐,膳食中各种营养素均能满足需要,基础膳食中
The effect of dietary zinc on copper utilization in healthy people is very different among authors. In this study, nine healthy male students aged 21-27 years were studied for 63 days.
