采用环糊精及其衍生物作为手性选择剂对苯丙醇胺对映体进行了分离,研究了环糊精种类和浓度对分离的影响。结果表明,采用2,6-O-二甲基-β-环糊精(DM-β-CD)可以使苯丙醇胺对映体达到基线分离。在选定的条件下,考察了苯丙醇胺的定量线性范围、检测限和重现性,测得苯丙醇胺的线性范围为20~200mg/L,检测限为1mg/L,迁移时间重现性的RSD为1.0%,峰面积重视性的RSD小于3.5%,并对康泰克实样进行了分析。
The enantiomers of phenylpropanolamine were separated using cyclodextrin and its derivatives as chiral selectors. The effects of cyclodextrin species and concentration on the separation were studied. The results show that enantiomers of phenylpropanolamine can be baseline separated using 2,6-O-dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin (DM-β-CD). Under the selected conditions, the quantitative linear range, the detection limit and the reproducibility of phenylpropanolamine were investigated. The linear range of phenylpropanolamine was 20 ~ 200 mg / L, the detection limit was 1 mg / L, the migration time The reproducibility of RSD was 1.0%, and the area-weighted RSD was less than 3.5%. Contac samples were also analyzed.
