以一个实际井架 (ZJ2 0 )作为算例 ,探讨了背部腹杆联接刚度对“П”型井架系统动力特性的影响 ,研究了背部腹杆节点在空间铰、柱形铰和刚性三种理想联接方式下井架系统的动力特性 ,给出了前 6阶模态和自振频率。揭示出当背部杆节点在空间铰与刚性联接两种极端情况之间变化时 ,井架系统前 6阶自振频率可发生 2 7%～ 48%的对其均值的偏离
Taking an actual derrick (ZJ20) as an example, the effect of the coupling stiffness of the back webs on the dynamic characteristics of the derrick system of “Π” was discussed. Three ideal connections of the back web nodes in spatial hinges, column hinges and rigidities Mode under the derrick system dynamic characteristics, given the first six modes and natural frequency. It is shown that the deviation of the mean value of the first six orders of natural frequencies of the derrick system from 27% to 48% occurs when the back pole nodes change between the two extreme cases of spatial hinge and rigid coupling
