对低品位铜铅锌矿的浮选工艺进行研究,确定铜铅混合优先浮选一铜铅分离一铜铅尾矿浮锌的部分混合浮选工艺流程及其最佳工艺条件。在原矿含铜0.10%、铅1.75%、锌1.75%的情况下,可获得含铜19.39%、铅5.24%、锌3.09%、铜回收率42.57%的铜精矿,含铜0.59%、铅55.78%、锌2.08%、铅回收率89.25%的铅精矿,含铜0.52%、铅1.57%、锌51.93%、锌回收率91.33%的锌精矿。为低品位资源的开发利用提供了范例。
The flotation process of low-grade copper-zinc-lead ore was studied to determine the partial flotation process and the optimum process conditions for preferential flotation of copper-lead by copper-lead separation-copper-zinc tailings. In the case of crude ore containing 0.10% of copper, 1.75% of lead and 1.75% of zinc, copper concentrate containing 19.39% copper, 5.24% lead, 3.09% zinc and 42.57% copper can be obtained, containing 0.59% copper and 55.78% %, Zinc 2.08%, lead recovery 89.25%, concentrate containing 0.52% copper, 1.57% lead, 51.93% zinc and 91.33% zinc. It provides an example for the development and utilization of low-grade resources.
