俗话说:“台上一分钟,台下十年功。”教师良好的课堂教学效果在很大程度上取决于教师备课的有效性。在新课程改革的教学中,有许多青年教师为上好一堂语文课,常常浏览大量资料,参阅多堂名师范例及教案,经过精心整合、预设,形成了一份几乎无瑕疵的多页详案,但实际执z教起来并不如设想中那样顺利,往往出现量大超时,环节仓促,顾此失彼,束缚手脚等现象,形成低效的课堂教学。那么,怎样才能做到有效备课呢?
