在油井生产过程中,需要测量油中水的百分比(含水率)。在选择含水监视器时要考虑到几项技术指标:精确度、传感范围、工艺特性、机械结构、维护要求和造价。本文比较了四种含水率技术的性能及其优缺点。本文仅限于讨论用于过程控制和密闭输送的在线双相测量设备,而不讨论PPM领域(荧光和铝氧化物等)的测量技术,或者各种应用于室外和实验室操作的采样技术。
In well production, you need to measure the percentage of water in the oil (moisture content). There are several technical considerations to consider when choosing a water monitor: accuracy, sensing range, process characteristics, mechanical structure, maintenance requirements, and cost. This paper compares the performance of four moisture content technologies and their advantages and disadvantages. This article is limited to online biphasic measurement devices for process control and confined transport, but does not discuss measurement techniques in PPM (fluorescent and aluminum oxide, etc.) or various sampling techniques for outdoor and laboratory operations.
