Objective: To understand the human TMJ synovial cells under normal conditions involved in cytokine synthesis and IL-1 in this regard and regulatory role. Methods: Cultured human TMJ synoviocytes (SMCs) and 4 kinds of cytokines and anti-IL-2r antibodies in vitro were used to detect the expression of SMC in cultured cells and cells after 4 days of IL-1 treatment Chemical staining, observation of cytoplasm, membrane positive substance distribution. Results: The expression of IL-1, IL-2R (IL-2R), IL-6 and TNF were all positive or weakly positive in normal SMC, mainly distributed in the cytoplasm. However, The proportion of positive cells stained with antibodies increased significantly, and the positive particle density also increased, more than double the entire field of view. CONCLUSIONS: SMCs have a small number of cells participating in the synthesis of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF under normal conditions. IL-1 has a positive effect on this synthesis ability
