J_1—400型鼓筒形混凝土搅拌机原振动装置(见图1)是铰接在鼓筒下面机架的水平杠杆上。其原理是:垂直压杆5与水平杠杆4用销轴7铰接,触头3是一圆头可调螺栓,静止时由于辊轮1的重量和触头下面弹簧张力使其处于最高位置。当料斗到达上止点翻转卸料时,斗口边缘压下触头,通过杠杆作用,使装在鼓筒底部的振动辊轮抬起,迫使鼓轮外壁的三角楔铁冲击鼓轮使其振动。与辊轮连接着的杠杆系统反过来又用触头将振幅传给料斗,使料斗内存料落下。每次搅拌时间是1.5~2分钟,上料振动次数约15~20次。这种装置振动力大,噪声高,且振动力传递影响其他部位正常工作,振动装置磨损快,易出故障,需经常更换零件,现场维修不便。现将原振动装置拆除,在料斗底部装一台
The J_1-400 drum-concrete mixer’s original vibration device (see Figure 1) is hinged on the horizontal lever of the rack below the drum.
