教师专业伦理不仅是对教师品性与授业行为正当性的要求与规范,还担负着引导教师在专业实践中进行伦理判断的使命。帮助教师在面对专业伦理难题和困境时做出符合伦理要求的决定与选择是专业伦理的重要任务之一。在教师的专业实践中,其面临着多方面,多主体的伦理困境。因此本文就教师伦理困境从宏观、微观层面提出解决途径。 Teachers 'professional ethics is not only the requirements and norms of teachers' character and the legitimacy of teaching practice, but also the mission of leading teachers to conduct ethical judgment in professional practice.
