本文介绍了在试验室条件下用内配碳球团来生产海绵的工艺研究。对影响海绵铁金属比率、铁回收率、脱硫率等质量指标的内配碳比、反应温度、反应时间、石灰石量及总配碳量等5个因素,按三水平作了正交试验,并对试验结果进行了方差分析,找出了在本原料条件下生产海绵铁的最佳生产工艺。
This article describes the use of carbon spheres in the laboratory conditions to produce sponge technology research. The orthogonal experiment was carried out on three levels according to the five factors including internal carbon ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, limestone content and total carbon content, which affected the quality indexes of iron sponge, iron recovery rate and desulfurization rate ANOVA analysis of the test results to find the best production process of sponge iron in the raw material conditions.
