记者日前从北京市药品监督管理局获悉,北京市药品监督管理局会同有关部门制定的北京市生物工程与医药产业发展方案已获通过。 生物工程与医药产业的发展目标是: 一、壮大产业规模。“十五”期间,北京医药工业增加值要力争年均增长30％。按这个速度计算,到2003年,医药工业增加值达到71.8亿元,占当年北京市国内生产总值的2.25％;2005年达到121.4亿元,占当年北京市国内生产总值的3.28％。
The reporter recently learned from the Beijing Municipal Drug Administration that the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Drug Administration, together with relevant authorities, has approved the Beijing bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry development program. The development goals of the bio-engineering and pharmaceutical industries are: First, to expand the industrial scale. During the “10th Five-Year Plan” period, Beijing’s pharmaceutical industry will strive to increase its average annual growth rate by 30%. Calculated at this rate, by 2003, the added value of the pharmaceutical industry reached 7.18 billion yuan, accounting for 2.25% of Beijing’s GDP in that year; in 2005 it reached 12.14 billion yuan, accounting for 3.28% of Beijing’s GDP in that year.
