国家对农村地区的教育一直予以关注并不断投入资金等改善,然而因为种种原因,未能真正改变农村地区教育现状。笔者采访某地区农村初级中学后,对该地区农村初中教育现状总结如下:教学质量走下坡路;管理层缺乏凝聚力和领导能力,教师无心为教;教职员工消极怠工,学生或玩乐不思进取,或死记硬背,学习效果极差。学校的最根本的职责是为国家培养人才,它所进行的一切活动都应该是围绕着这一核心的。但是当一所学校传播知识的性质发生转变时,它就不是培养人才而是扼杀人才了。
However, due to various reasons, the state has failed to really change the status of education in rural areas. After interviewing a rural junior middle school in a certain area, the author summarizes the current situation of junior high school education in rural areas in the region as follows: the quality of teaching is going downhill; the management lacks cohesion and leadership; teachers are unwilling to teach; the teaching staff are negligent workers, Rote, learning very poor results. The most fundamental responsibility of schools is to train personnel for the country. All the activities it carries out should center on this core. But when the nature of a school's dissemination of knowledge changes, it is not about cultivating talent but stifling talent.
