目的探讨中国常州地区汉族人群急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平与MCP-1基因-2518G/A多态性和相关因素的相关性。方法对101例ACS患者(ACS组)和73例因胸闷(痛)住院经冠脉造影检查证实无冠脉病变者(对照组)用聚合酶链式反应限制性酶切片段长度多态性技术检测了MCP-1基因-2518G/A多态性,用ELISA方法检测了血清MCP-1水平。结果 MCP-1基因-2518 G/A位点的AA、GG和GA基因型及等位基因频率在ACS组和对照组间的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);血清MCP-1水平(M/IQR)ACS组显著高于对照组(263.65/385.78 pg/ml vs 100.71/134.02 pg/ml,P<0.01);在ACS组和对照组的组内任何基因型之间,血清MCP-1水平(M/IQR)的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);ACS组血清MCP-1水平(M/IQR)与年龄、糖尿病和吸烟成正相关,与男性成负相关,与高血压和高血脂无关。结论在中国常州地区汉族人群中,ACS和非冠心病患者的血清MCP-1水平与MCP-1基因-2518G/A多态性无关联,与某些冠心病易患因素相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between MCP-1 and -2518G / A polymorphisms and related factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) from Han nationality in Changzhou, China. Methods One hundred and eleven ACS patients (ACS group) and 73 hospitalized patients with chest tightness (pain) who had coronary artery lesions confirmed by coronary angiography were examined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism The MCP-1 gene -2518G / A polymorphism was detected and the level of serum MCP-1 was detected by ELISA. Results The frequencies of AA, GG and GA genotypes and alleles at -2518 G / A in MCP-1 gene were not significantly different between ACS group and control group (all P> 0.05). Serum MCP-1 The level of M / IQR in ACS group was significantly higher than that in control group (263.65 / 385.78 pg / ml vs 100.71 / 134.02 pg / ml, P <0.01) (P <0.05). The serum MCP-1 level (M / IQR) in ACS group was positively correlated with age, diabetes and smoking, but negatively correlated with M Hypertension and hyperlipidemia have nothing to do. Conclusion There is no association between serum MCP-1 level and MCP-1 gene -2518G / A polymorphism in ACS and non-CHD patients in Han nationality in Changzhou of China, which is associated with some coronary heart disease risk factors.
