1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酞基吡唑酮(简称PMBP)是人们公认的稀土元素的最好萃取剂之一,但在铈组稀土存在下,用PMBP萃取钇组稀土,需要借助于掩蔽剂。用己酰基取代PMBP中四位上的苯甲酰基制得1-苯基-3-甲基-4-己酰基吡唑酮(简称PMCP),通过控制酸度能将铈组和钇组稀土元素分离。本文试验了用PMCP萃取分光光度法测定重稀土矿中钇组稀土元素,结果令人满意。本文所拟定的方法快速简便,可靠,因而具有应用价值。
1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzylphthalopyrazolone (abbreviated as PMBP) is one of the best known extraction agents of rare earth elements. However, in the presence of cerium rare earths, PMBP was used to extract yttrium group Rare earth, need to resort to masking agents. Substitution of the hexanoyl group for the benzoyl group at the fourth position in PMBP gave 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-hexanoylpyrazolone (PMCP). By controlling the acidity, the cerium group and yttrium group rare earth elements were separated . This paper tested the PMCP extraction spectrophotometric determination of rare earth elements yttrium rare earth elements, the results are satisfactory. The method proposed in this paper is fast and easy, reliable, and therefore has application value.
