采用数值计算的方法研究了多斜孔壁冷却方式小孔内对流换热的特性.数值分析采用了只考虑流体区域对流换热和考虑流体与固体间流固耦合传热共两种方法.计算结果表明:流固耦合传热法更能反映小孔内实际的换热特性;小孔进口处的Nu数最大,且随着孔内雷诺数的变化,孔进口区对孔内换热的影响也不同.
Numerical simulation is used to study the convective heat transfer characteristics of multi-inclined hole cooling holes. The numerical analysis uses two methods which consider only the convective heat transfer in the fluid region and consider the fluid-solid coupling heat transfer between the fluid and the solid. The results show that the fluid-solid coupling heat transfer method can better reflect the actual heat transfer characteristics in the pores; the Nu number at the entrance of the pores is the largest, and as the Reynolds number in the pores changes, the influence of the pore inlet area on the heat transfer in the pores Also different.
