液体粘性调速离合器为液力调速技术中的新技术,且优于液力偶合器。调速实质是改变了离心泵的特性曲线,使性能曲线向下平移,完全消除了泵管压差,并且在一定程度上提高了泵效,从而达到节能的目的。另外调速技术能使注水泵实现轻载启动,而减级类的方法不能做到这一点。实验证明,应用液体粘性调速离合器对油田注水泵进行调速节能效果明显。在多台注水泵并联工作的情况下,1台安装调速装置不会影响其它注水泵的运行。管压有富裕的情况下,可以适当降低注水量,提高节能效果,由此造成的管压降低程度取决于并联泵的多少。

Under the condition of rich pressure, the amount of water injection can be properly reduced and the energy saving effect can be improved. The degree of pressure drop caused by the pressure reduction depends on the number of parallel pumps.
