目的:建立HPLC法测定布洛芬片的含量。方法:采用Agilent C_8柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.01mol·L~(-1)磷酸(40:60)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长:220nm。结果:布洛芬在200~1400μg·ml~(-1)的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998(n=7),平均回收率为99.90%(n=9),RSD为0.63%。结论:该方法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ibuprofen tablets. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent C_8 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L -1 phosphoric acid (40:60) and flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 Wavelength: 220nm. RESULTS: Ibuprofen had good linearity in the concentration range of 200-1 400 μg · ml -1, with an average recovery of 99.90% (n = 9) and a RSD of 0.63% (r = 0.9998, n = 7). Conclusion: This method is highly specific, easy to operate and accurate.
