目的:探讨黄斑明目浸膏对脉络膜新生血管的抑制作用。方法:使用532 nm激光诱导脉络膜新生血管模型,小鼠随机分为3组,包括空白组、生理盐水组和黄斑明目浸膏组,造模成功后分别予不灌胃、生理盐水灌胃和黄斑明目浸膏灌胃。在激光造模后4、7、10、14 d使用FFA对渗漏面积进行评估,14 d时使用IB4染色评估CNV面积。结果:在激光术后2 w内,FFA溢漏面积逐渐变小,相比其他2组,黄斑明目浸膏组下降最快,14 d后IB4染色面积最小。结论:黄斑明目浸膏能够显著抑制小鼠脉络膜新生血管。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Huangmu Mingmu extract on choroidal neovascularization. Methods: The choroidal neovascularization model was induced by 532 nm laser. The mice were randomly divided into three groups, including blank group, normal saline group and Huangmu Mingmu extract group. After successful modeling, Macular eye extract extract gavage. The area of leakage was assessed using FFA at 4, 7, 10, and 14 days after laser modeling, and the area of CNV was assessed using IB4 staining on day 14. Results: Within 2 weeks after laser surgery, the area of FFA spillover gradually decreased. Compared with the other two groups, the FFA of the macular eyesight extract group decreased the fastest, and the area of IB4 staining was the smallest after 14 days. Conclusion: Macula macular extract can significantly inhibit choroidal neovascularization in mice.
