研究了用不同剂量(75、50、25、10mg/kg)RU486阻断公雏鸡糖皮质激素受体1天或连续3天免疫指标变化情况。RU48675和50mg/kg阻断GR24h,公雏鸡脾淋巴细胞IL-2、IFN诱生活性和T、B淋巴细胞增殖活性降低(P<001),外周血淋巴细胞、单核细胞、ANAE+细胞减少(P<001);胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊的体重比减小(P<001)。每日RU48650mg/kg连续3天阻断GR功能,上述指标与同剂量RU486阻断GR24h鸡比较有进一步下降趋势。25和10mg/kgRU486阻断GR24h,上述免疫指标无明显变化(P>005)。结果表明,RU486剂量与鸡脾淋巴细胞IL-2、IFN诱生活性和T、B淋巴细胞活性变化呈负相关,提示雏鸡免疫功能与免疫细胞的功能性GR含量成正相关。
The effects of RU486 (75, 50, 25, and 10 mg / kg) on the immunosuppression of 1 day or 3 consecutive days of the glucocorticoid receptor in male chickens were studied. RU48675 and 50mg / kg block GR24h, the activity of IL-2 and IFN induced by spleen lymphocytes and the decrease of T and B lymphocyte proliferative activity (P <001), peripheral blood lymphocytes, monocytes, ANAE + cells (P <001). The body weight ratio of thymus, spleen and bursa decreased (P <001). RU48650mg / kg daily for 3 consecutive days blocked the GR function, the above indicators and the same dose of RU486 block GR24h chicken compared with a further downward trend. 25 and 10mg / kgRU486 block GR24h, no significant change in the immune parameters (P> 0 05). The results showed that RU486 dose was negatively correlated with IL-2, IFN-induced activity and T, B lymphocyte activity in chicken splenic lymphocytes, indicating that the immune function of chicken is positively correlated with the functional GR content of immune cells.
