“八一”女篮主帅朱家志今年42岁,出生于上海市。其兄朱家忠是我国著名的国际级篮球裁判,朱家志从小酷爱篮球,10岁开始打球。1969年始,他先后在浙江军区、南京军区、“八一”男篮效力。1975年进入国家队,司职后卫。1975年、1977年在著名教练钱澄海、吕长新率领下,他与队友一起获得第8届、第9届亚洲锦标赛冠军;1978年又随中国人民解放军男子篮球队出征国际军事体育理事会第25届篮球锦标赛,荣获季军。
