由于显微手术技术的发展,对眼前段穿破伤的预后已有了明显的进步。但眼后段穿破伤由于继发性牵拉性视网膜脱离,预后仍然不佳。有些作者选择一些严重的眼后段外伤病例施行玻璃体切割手术。效果较好。动物实验证明,玻璃体切割手术有效地减少了纤维细胞的增殖,从而防止了牵拉性视网膜脱离。但新近亦有从病例回顾性统计中发现玻璃体切割术并没有显著的好处,本研究的目的是从食蟹猴所作的实验性穿通性视网膜裂伤模型中,重新再评价玻璃体切割手术治疗的效果。
Due to the development of microsurgical techniques, the prognosis of anterior segment injuries has been significantly improved.
