“为什么所有人都知道,只有我一个人蒙在鼓里。”这常常是影视剧中,主角们歇斯底里的呐喊。在职场中,管理者也一定发出过这样的感叹。谁在上司面前没有或多或少的伪装、恭维、卖好?谁没有在权威之下,自作主张,甚至编造出谎言?研究表明,人平均每天会说出25次谎言。那么,对于管理者,如何敏锐洞察有损团队绩效的谎言,该去揭露和拆穿吗?不一定。有句话说,好的制度会让坏人变好,坏的制度会让好人变坏。
