目的:研究以人舌鳞癌细胞移植的裸鼠肿瘤组织在低温、低频条件下的介电特性.方法:使用低温生物介电谱测试仪和两针电极系统进行测试.结果:在低温下肿瘤组织仍具有高介电常数现象,且随着温度的降低,会发生一个介电常数(?)的突变下降过程,介质损耗角正切tgδ迅速变化并出现峰值;同时还发现,冻融速率对肿瘤组织的介电温谱有一定的影响.结论:从介质物理的角度解释了肿瘤组织低温介电谱的成因、降温和复温曲线不复合的原因以及冻融速率对介电谱的影响.
OBJECTIVE: To study the dielectric properties of nude mice transplanted with human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells under low temperature and low frequency conditions. Conclusion: From the perspective of medium physics, the causes of the low temperature dielectric spectrum of the tumor tissue, the reasons for the uncomplexed temperature drop and rewarming curve, and the influence of freezing and thawing rate on the dielectric spectrum are explained.
