研究了一种新型羧酸类萃取剂仲壬基苯氧基乙酸在盐酸体系中对钪 (Ⅲ )的萃取性能及机制。考察了酸度、萃取剂浓度、氯离子浓度等条件对萃取率的影响。实验发现 ,7.0 4× 10 - 3mol·L- 1 CA 10 0在pH 3 .85时能够定量萃取钪。通过斜率法、恒摩尔系列法和饱和容量法确定了萃合物的组成为ScA3。利用红外光谱分析了萃合物成键特牲 ,结果证明COO- 参与了配位。萃取反应机制为阳离子交换反应。提出了酸性条件下萃取反应方程式。为从实际矿样中萃取分离钪 (Ⅲ )提供了理论参考
The extraction performance and mechanism of scandium (Ⅲ) in a hydrochloric acid system by a new carboxylic acid extractant, s-nonylphenoxyacetic acid, were studied. The effects of acidity, extractant concentration and chloride ion concentration on the extraction yield were investigated. It was found that scandium was quantitatively extracted at 7.0 4 × 10 -3 mol·L -1 CA 10 0 at pH 3.85. The composition of the extract was determined to be ScA3 by the slope method, the constant molar series method and the saturation capacity method. The infrared spectrum was used to characterize the bond formation of the complex, which showed that COO- participated in the coordination. Extraction reaction mechanism for the cation exchange reaction. The extraction reaction equation was proposed under acidic conditions. It provides a theoretical reference for the extraction and separation of scandium (Ⅲ) from the actual ore samples
