女性的一生,要经历月经期、怀孕期和产褥期,有的还要经历“人流”、结扎。在这几个特殊的时期中,女性在饮食方面要注意些什么呢? 不少女性,在月经期间对局部卫生较为重视,而对饮食却抱着“有啥吃啥”的无所谓态度。结果,造成经期缩短,经量减少,行经不畅甚至痛经。不过,如能注意饮食调养,上述症状便会减轻甚至不出现。
