本文详细介绍了Nikon非接触型角膜内皮照相机的结构、原理,使用方法及临床应用情况。作者用此仪器对我国正常人、透明穿透角透移植片,白内障术后,人工晶体植入、抗青光眼术后,眼外伤等的角膜内皮进行了活体照相检查。一、正常人角膜内皮细胞密度为1600—4346/mm~2,平均为2903±26/mm~2,内皮细胞密度与年龄呈负相关。二、透明植片的角膜内皮细胞密度较正常人明显降低(500—2386/mm~2,平均为1296/mm~2)。三、常规晶体摘出术后、晶体摘出术加人工晶体植入、抗青光眼手术、外伤、眼球前段的炎症等均导致角膜内皮细胞密度的明显下降。
This article details the structure, principle, usage and clinical application of Nikon non-contact corneal endothelial camera. The author used this instrument to examine the corneal endothelium in normal subjects, translucent transudation transplants, cataract surgery, intraocular lens implantation, anti-glaucoma surgery and ocular trauma. First, the normal corneal endothelial cell density 1600-4346 / mm ~ 2, with an average of 2903 ± 26 / mm ~ 2, endothelial cell density and age was negatively correlated. Second, the density of corneal endothelial cells in clear grafts was significantly lower than that in normal people (500-2386 / mm ~ 2, average 1296 / mm ~ 2). Third, the conventional extraction of the lens after surgery, intraocular lens extraction and intraocular lens implantation, anti-glaucoma surgery, trauma, inflammation of the anterior segment of the eye led to a significant decline in corneal endothelial cell density.
