幼儿科学教育应注重激发幼儿的探究兴趣,培养幼儿认识周围世界的积极态度。我们认为最佳的科学教育内容是因地制宜利用本地教育资源开展的活动。大自然充满了千奇百怪可供人们探求的问题,如高低不同的山峦、形状各异的山石、曲折迂回的溪流、各种各样的土壤等,都是很好的教育资源。我们曾开展了活动“家乡的石头”,让幼儿搜集各种不同的石头,观察、比较石头的形状、颜色、硬度。孩子们对此很感兴趣,他们展开了热烈的讨论,如石头有什么用途,有什么危害,家乡的石头有多少种,人们是如何利用石头的,等等。接着,我们让幼儿参观石料厂、石雕厂、花岗岩厂,并及时有效地进行安全教育
Child-care science education should focus on stimulating young children’s interest in exploring and cultivating young children’s positive attitude of knowing the world around them. We think the best content of science education is to utilize local education resources for local activities. Nature is full of all sorts of strange things for people to explore, such as different levels of mountains, different shapes of rocks, twists and turns of streams, all kinds of soil, etc., are good educational resources. We conducted activities such as “hometown stone”, so that children collect a variety of different stones, observe and compare the shape, color and hardness of the stone. The children are very interested in this. They have had heated discussions, such as the use of stones, the dangers they have, the number of stones they have in their hometowns, how people use stones, and so on. Next, we let young children visit stone factory, stone factory, granite factory, and timely and effective safety education
