幼儿科学教育应注重激发幼儿的探究兴趣,培养幼儿认识周围世界的积极态度。我们认为最佳的科学教育内容是因地制宜利用本地教育资源开展的活动。大自然充满了千奇百怪可供人们探求的问题,如高低不同的山峦、形状各异的山石、曲折迂回的溪流、各种各样的土壤等,都是很好的教育资源。我们曾开展了活动“家乡的石头”,让幼儿搜集各种不同的石头,观察、比较石头的形状、颜色、硬度。孩子们对此很感兴趣,他们展开了热烈的讨论,如石头有什么用途,有什么危害,家乡的石头有多少种,人们是如何利用石头的,等等。接着,我们让幼儿参观石料厂、石雕厂、花岗岩厂,并及时有效地进行安全教育 Child-care science education should focus on stimulating young children’s interest in exploring and cultivating young children’s positive attitude of knowing the world around them.
