目的:研究鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)在原发性肝肿瘤(HCC)组织中是否过度表达,并体现在血清水平。方法:52例HCC患者的肿瘤组织,肿瘤周围组织和血清以及48例肝硬化患者血清分别检测SCCA的表达。结果:SCCA在肿瘤组织比在肿瘤周围组织表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,它还存在于肿瘤周围组织转移结节中。SCCA血清水平肝肿瘤样本明显高于肝硬化样本。然而,SCCA的表达与肝肿瘤病理程度之间没有相关性的结果(P>0.05),其水平与肿瘤的大小、转移也没有关联。结论:SCCA可以在微转移组织和血清中作为大规模筛选检测的新型有用标志物。
Objective: To investigate whether squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) is overexpressed in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and express at serum level. Methods: The expression of SCCA was detected in serum of 52 patients with HCC, tumor surrounding tissue and serum and 48 patients with cirrhosis. Results: There was a significant difference in the expression of SCCA between tumor tissues and surrounding tissues (P <0.05). In addition, it is also present in metastatic nodules surrounding the tumor. SCCA serum levels of liver tumor samples were significantly higher than cirrhosis samples. However, there was no correlation between the expression of SCCA and the pathological degree of hepatic tumor (P> 0.05). The level of SCCA was not associated with tumor size and metastasis. CONCLUSIONS: SCCA can be a novel and useful marker for large-scale screening assays in micrometastases and serum.
