建立了变参数支架设计平台。该平台具有支架受力建模、支架整体及各部件设计、强度校核及动态仿真的功能。借助VB开发环境,首先建立了变参数下的支架受力模型,并进行变参数支架设计。即进行变参数支架总体及各部件──顶梁、掩护梁及底座等的设计与校核。而后,通过VB与SolidWorks接口程序,建立支架三维参数化模型,实现支架升、降的三维动态仿真。该软件的开发可以缩短结构类同支架的研发周期,并为支架设计提供研发平台。
Established a variable parameter stent design platform. The platform has the function of support force modeling, the whole stent and each component design, strength checking and dynamic simulation. With the help of VB development environment, the force model of the stent under variable parameters was first established and the variable parameter stent was designed. That is, the overall parameters of variable support and the various components ─ ─ roof beams, shield beams and base design and check. Then, through VB and SolidWorks interface program, the three-dimensional parametric model of the support was established to realize the three-dimensional dynamic simulation of the support ascending and descending. The software development can shorten the research and development cycle of the same type of stent and provide a research and development platform for stent design.
