员工绩效考核是公司对员工工作情况的直接评价,考核结果关系到员工的薪酬评定,也让员工直接了解公司对自己的评价。较为规范、合理的且易于操作、客观公正的绩效考核条例。会使得员工认识到多劳多得、按劳取酬的规则,从而充分激发其工作热情。本文对企业绩效考核制度存在的问题做了初步探讨,并提出了一些对策。
Employee performance appraisal is the company’s direct evaluation of the work of employees, assessment results related to the employee’s salary assessment, but also allow employees to directly understand the company’s own evaluation. More standardized, reasonable and easy to operate, objective and fair performance appraisal regulations. Employees will be made aware of the many jobs they earn and pay according to work rules so as to fully stimulate their enthusiasm for work. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the existing problems of the enterprise performance appraisal system and puts forward some countermeasures.
