采用多种色谱学方法和波谱学技术,从红树植物海漆Excoecaria agallocha L.中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为excoagallochaol A(1),epi-β-amyrin(2),epitaraxerol(3),epi-α-amyrin(4),epilupeol(5),betulin(6),betulinic acid(7),lupenone(8),betulone(9),betulonic acid(10),(9Z,12Z,15Z)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl octadecatrienoate(11),(9Z,12Z)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl octadecadienoate(12),并应用改良Mosher法确定了二萜化合物1的绝对构型。化合物4,8,10-12为首次从大戟科海漆属中分得。
Twelve compounds were isolated from the mangrove marine paint Excoecaria agallocha L. The compounds were identified as excoagallochaol A (1), epi-β-amyrin (2), epitaraxerol (3) (6), betulinic acid (7), lupenone (8), betulone (9), betulonic acid (10), (9Z, 12Z, 15Z) - and epi-α-amyrin 2,3-dihydroxypropyl octadecatrienoate (11), (9Z, 12Z) -2,3-dihydroxypropyl octadecadienoate (12). The absolute configuration of diterpene compound 1 was determined by the modified Mosher method. Compounds 4, 8, 10-12 were isolated from Euphorbiaceae for the first time.
