本文对沾火T10钢在不同温度回火时嵌镶块及第二类晶格畸变的变化,用X线衍射仪进行了测定,并对实验结果初步进行了误差分析及计算。结果表明,用X射线法测定二类畸变的精确度一般说来要比测定嵌镶块时来得高。嵌镶块测量的误差较大与现有方法本身还不够完善有关。对于Лысак[1][2]认为嵌镶块细化及Пинес[3][4]认为嵌镶块单调长大的意见进行了初步分析。认为他们的结果还是值得进一步商榷的。本文收到日期:1964年6月5日。
In this paper, the change of the mosaic block and the second type lattice distortion of T10 steel tempered at different temperatures was measured by X-ray diffractometer, and the error analysis and calculation were carried out for the experimental results. The results show that the accuracy of the second type of distortion measured by the X-ray method is generally higher than when the mosaic piece is measured. The larger error in the measurement of mosaic inserts is not perfect with the existing methods. For Лысак [1] [2] that the mosaic block refinement and Пинес [3] [4] that the mosaic piece of monotonous growth opinions were analyzed. Think their results still worth further questionable.
