市场经济的逐步完善为中国社会组织的发展提供了资源基础;同时,借助跨部门互动,市场主体还形塑了部分社会组织的运作和实践模式。新制度主义认为,在竞争缺失的情况下,制度性因素及其所对应的社会机制(铭刻机制和合法性机制),会驱动社会组织渐趋企业化,来自东部发达地区的经验佐证了上述观点。针对社会组织的案例比较和量化分析显示:社会组织领导人的工作背景以及组织的商业网络,会以不同的方式促成组织的企业化运作;进一步地,领导人的企业工作经历还可强化社会组织与外部企业间的联系,继而影响组织的实践。
The gradual improvement of the market economy provides the resource base for the development of social organizations in China. At the same time, with the help of cross-departmental interaction, the market players also shape the operation and practice modes of some social organizations. Neo-institutionalism holds that in the absence of competition, institutional factors and their corresponding social mechanisms (engraving and legal mechanisms) will drive the socialization of enterprises to become more and more entrepreneurial. The experience from the developed eastern regions corroborates this view . The case comparison and quantitative analysis of social organizations show that the working background of the leaders of social organizations and the business networks of the organizations can promote the operation of the organization in different ways. Further, the leaders’ experience in the enterprises can also strengthen the social organization The linkages with external companies, in turn, affect the organization’s practices.
