随着时间的推移,“80后”员工已越来越占据企业员工的主流,面对个性鲜明的新一代,企业传统的培训模式变得捉襟见肘,培训中涌现的难点亟待突破。本文从“80后”员工的职场特征入手分析其培训难点,并进一步探讨了相应的培训策略,提出了“以人为本”搞培训、多元化培训、强化入职培训等合理建议。
With the passage of time, more and more employees occupy the mainstream of their employees. In the face of a new generation with distinctive personality, the traditional training mode of enterprises becomes stretched, and the difficulties that emerge in training urgently need to be overcome. This article analyzes the difficulty of training staff from the post-1980s employee career characteristics and further discusses the corresponding training strategies. It puts forward some reasonable suggestions such as engaging in training, diversifying training and strengthening on-the-job training.
