近年来,佛山小微童装企业不断发展,经营过程中存在的问题也日益突出。通过对佛山小微童装企业的发展进行实地调研,我们发现佛山小微童装企业发展过程中存在成本控制观念落后、成本控制不够全面、成本控制方法滞后等问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了解决佛山小微童装企业成本控制存在问题的对策:首先,树立新的成本控制观念,扩展成本控制范围;其次,创新成本控制模式;最后,加大人工成本控制力度。希望能帮助佛山小微童装企业解决成本控制中存在的问题,降低成本,提高经济效益。
In recent years, Foshan small and micro children’s clothing enterprises continue to develop, the problems in the business process has become increasingly prominent. Through the field research on the development of Foshan small and micro children’s wear enterprises, we found that the concept of cost control lags behind, the cost control is not comprehensive enough and the cost control method lags behind in the development of Foshan small and micro children’s wear enterprises. In response to the above problems, this paper presents a solution to the problem of Foshan small and micro children’s wear enterprises cost control measures: First, establish a new concept of cost control, expanding the scope of cost control; second, innovation cost control; Finally, increase labor costs control efforts. Hope to help Foshan small and micro children’s wear enterprises to solve the problems in cost control, reduce costs and improve economic efficiency.
